Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of tools, content, member features, and digital-image sales services provided by NullPointerStudio (the “Operator”) through nullpointerstudio.shop and related pages (the “Service”), and define the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

2. Application and Changes

These Terms and any specific conditions shown during registration or purchase apply when you use the Service. Product-specific terms prevail if they conflict with these Terms.

We may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable law. Material changes, their effective date, and reasons will be posted through the Service with reasonable advance notice where changes are unfavorable to users.

3. Member Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information and may not use another person's information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and must promptly report unauthorized use.
• You may request profile changes or account deletion through My Page or by contacting us.
• We may restrict an account after notice where impersonation, fraudulent payment, service disruption, or a material breach is confirmed. Urgent security measures may be taken before notice.

4. The Service

The Service may include web tools, posts, comments, accounts, image previews, digital-image payments, and downloads. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as operations evolve.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, outages, third-party interruptions, force majeure, or security needs. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Designs, text, images, software, marks, and Operator-created content are owned by the Operator or their rightful owners. Using the Service does not transfer these rights.

You must hold the necessary rights to content you submit. You grant us permission to use submitted content only as needed to operate, display, and back up the Service. We may reasonably restrict or remove unlawful or infringing content.

6. Image Products and License

Purchasing an image grants a non-exclusive license under these Terms and the product description; it does not transfer ownership or copyright. Product-specific licenses take priority.

Permitted uses

• Use in personal or commercial designs, websites, videos, printed materials, and advertising as part of a larger project
• Resize, crop, recolor, or otherwise edit images as reasonably needed for a project

Prohibited uses

• Reselling or redistributing an original or substantially identical file as a standalone product, stock image, template, or download
• Sharing original files or download access outside the purchasing account
• Registering an image as a trademark, service mark, or other exclusive right
• Using images for unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, or rights-infringing purposes

Images containing people, trademarks, buildings, or third-party rights may require additional permission for particular uses. You are responsible for confirming the rights needed for your intended use.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through PayPal and are also subject to PayPal's terms and policies.

After successful payment, purchase history and download access are assigned to your account. Contact us with the order number if payment errors, duplicate charges, or missing access occur.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are handled under applicable consumer law, including Korean e-commerce law where applicable. Unless the law provides otherwise, a consumer may request withdrawal within seven days after receiving the contract information or commencement of supply.

Once delivery of digital content begins, including downloading original image files, withdrawal may be restricted where the legal requirements are met. This does not limit remedies for defective or misdescribed files, duplicate charges, failed downloads, or faults attributable to the Operator.

Refund requests should include the order number, account email, and reason. We will review payment and delivery status and notify you of the result.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person's account or payment method
• Unauthorized access, automated attacks, malware, or interference with servers and networks
• Accessing unpurchased originals or bypassing download restrictions
• Unauthorized copying, sale, distribution, or removal of rights notices
• Infringing privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Any unlawful conduct or material disruption of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

We remain liable for damage caused by our intent or negligence as required by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or injury to life or body.

We are not responsible for loss caused by a user's fault, unforeseeable third-party outages, force majeure, or use of images contrary to these Terms or product conditions.

11. Privacy

Our collection, use, retention, and processing through service providers are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law or an available consumer dispute-resolution process.
